Data and purposes
The OVHcloud hosting server receives technical connection data, such as IP address, date and time, requested page and browser information, to deliver and secure the website. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in service availability and security (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
When you contact us, we use the contact details and content you provide to respond and assess your enquiry. For service enquiries, the legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b)); for other correspondence, the legitimate interest in handling communications. Providing information is voluntary, but without contact details we may be unable to respond.
Contact form
The Italian contact form prepares a message in your device’s email application. It does not automatically send information to a website database. Transmission takes place when you send the email in your email application. You can also email us directly.
Google Analytics and consent
Only if you choose “Accept analytics”, we load Google Analytics 4 to understand page visits and improve this website. Processing is based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Refusing does not limit access. You can withdraw consent at any time through Cookie settings; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Google receives the visited page, cookie identifiers, time of access, basic browser/device information and connection data such as your IP address. The site sends page URLs without query strings or fragments and a referrer limited to the source website’s origin. Contact form contents, email addresses and names are not sent. Google Signals, user-provided data collection, enhanced measurement and granular location/device collection are disabled. Advertising storage and personalisation are denied.

The existing property retains event-level data for 2 months and user-level data for 14 months; the user retention period can restart on a new consented visit. Google Search Console manages search visibility without adding visitor tracking to these pages. LinkedIn and Amazon are external links loaded only when selected.
Recipients and retention
Data needed for website operation and communications may be processed by the hosting provider, email services and people authorised to handle enquiries. Correspondence is retained for the time necessary to handle the enquiry and any resulting relationship, taking account of legal obligations and the protection of legal rights.
